1. How do I secure my booking?

A booking is confirmed only after the required deposit has been received.

2. Is the deposit refundable?

No. All booking deposits are strictly non-refundable.

3. When will I receive my photos?

Final edited photographs are delivered within 14–21 business days. Video and printed products require 60–90 business days.

4. Do you provide RAW files?

No. Only professionally edited photographs and videos are delivered.

5. Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes, subject to availability. Please notify us as early as possible.

6. Do you travel outside your coverage area?

Yes. Additional travel charges may apply depending on the location.
